Hello, Dear Ones! Thought I would show you my new little Jadeite piece! Well, it's 'new' Jadeite and not the old but heck, I don't care. Take a look...
I think she's so cute. I do have a lot of the glass chicks on nests but this one is made different. She's bigger and has a different little head. I just love her. I know some of you get upset with 'new' Jadeite pieces but I don't care. I love her.
I'm so lazy and haven't taken down my Easter things yet so I grabbed this pitcher with my faux spring blooms and poked it down on the table.
I just love this darling little egg cup. Don't you think that little bunny with the laughing face is just so cute!
I just wanted to show you my little vignette with my new chick. I've been enjoying digging in the dirt the last few days! The weather is beautiful and we slept with the windows up! :)
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Where I Come From
Where I come from It's cornbread and chicken
Where I come from a lotta back porch pickin'
Where I come from tryin' to make a livin'
Workin' hard to get to heaven
Where I come from
Yeah where I come from
A lotta front porch sittin'
Starin' up at heaven
Where I come from
Where I come from
Tryin' to make a livin'
Tryin' to make a livin'
Oh, where I come from
Where I come from
Yeah where I come from
Get back down there sometimes
Where I come from
Where I come from a lotta back porch pickin'
Where I come from tryin' to make a livin'
Workin' hard to get to heaven
Where I come from
Yeah where I come from
A lotta front porch sittin'
Starin' up at heaven
Where I come from
Where I come from
Tryin' to make a livin'
Tryin' to make a livin'
Oh, where I come from
Where I come from
Yeah where I come from
Get back down there sometimes
Where I come from
~ sung by Alan Jackson

ReplyDeleteThere's something about Jadite that's so soothing to me. Either the soft color, or memories of my Aunt's house. I think it's beautiful!

DeleteIt is important to recycle materials. So that we can keep our earth pretty happy and eco friendly! Some people do not expect this in their newly brought ones. The truth is that, these items will be as good as
Shelia, she is sooo adorable and adds just the perfect spring touch.

ReplyDeleteI still have my bunnies up and they'll probably stay a good part of the summer -- I think some spring things are really easily applicable to summer's beauty. And besides, if we like them... why not! Happy day!
