Hello, Dear Ones!
Hope you all had a safe and fun Halloween.
Our neighborhood gets so many trick or treaters and we lost count after 200!
Mr. Precious and I just sit outside if the weather is nice, and it was.
Chloe Dawn even sits with us and she's a hit with all the children.
I feel I've cheated a bit with my Fallen decorating this year.
Seems I've used all of my Fallen things but just used them in an easy way.
So I'm showing you my baker's rack today.
I really didn't do anything different to what was already there except swap places with my tea pot and the cookie jar.
I just poked down a little pun'kin and some Fallen flowers by my Rooster.
Easy Peasy!
More cheating, um, easy peasy.
Pun'kins! That's it!
Works for me. :)
I completely cheated on this shelf!
Just poked down some Fallen flowers and called it done.
My little Le Cruesets aren't complaining as they are ladies in waiting.
They never know which one I'm gonna grab to cook in next.
They love me and I love them. :)
Nothin' wrong with easy peasy is there?
Gives me more time to sit down and eat the rest of the Peanut Butter Cups!
Yay me! :)
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you a little Note Song ~
It's So Easy
(It's so easy to fall in love.)
(It's so easy to fall in love.)People tell me love's for fools,
So, here I go breakin' all of the rules.
It seems so easy.
(Seems so easy, seems so easy.)
Oh-oh-oh, so doggone easy.
(Doggone easy, doggone easy.)
Mmm-mmm-hmm, it seems so easy.
(Seems so easy, seems so easy, seems so easy.)
Where you're concerned my heart has learned,
It's so easy to fall in love.
It's so easy to fall in love.
(It's so easy to fall in love.)
(It's so easy to fall in love.)
Look into your heart and see,
What your lovebook has set apart for me.
We'll, it's so easy.
(It's so easy, it's so easy.)
Hm-hmm, so doggone easy.
(Doggone easy, doggone easy.)
Hmm-hmm, it seems so easy.
(Seems so easy, seems so easy, seems so easy.)
Well, where you're concerned, my heart has learned,
It's so easy to fall in love.
It's so easy to fall in love.

ReplyDeleteWOW! 200 Trick or Treaters. I probably couldn't have gotten up out of my chair after the first 100. We used to get a lot but now most of our churches have "Trunk or Treat". Your fall touches are just perfect and I love that you used your casseroles and pretty accessories to decorate.
ReplyDeleteI love what you did! I enjoy using little pumpkins to decorate with here and there! Your Le Crueset pots are beautiful, too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Leslie

Nothing wrong with keeping it easy. The bakers rack looks great. We had one in our first home. It was a great piece to change up for the holidays. Wish we still had it, but there wasn't a place for it in this kitchen.......Sarah
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Sheila I love all of the pops of orange and red. I love when stuff comes together quick and easy! Love that!!

Hi Shelia!

200? Oh my I could not do that. We have no street lights so no one comes here. You are a good sport. Your bakers rack is lovely for fall. xo, olive
ReplyDeleteYou had 200 trick or treaters and you have Peanut Butter Cups left? How did THAT happen? We don't get any where we are. I think your Fall decorations look great-I have always loved a Bakers rack- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteAnything that makes life easier, and allows more time for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, is okay in my book! ha! Love your rack decked out for fall! And all the different blue and white canisters are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteHi Shelia, Your bakers rack is so pretty with all that color and your cute rooster. We had a few trick or treaters too, but not as many as you. Thanks so much for following me back!

ReplyDeleteHi Sheila,
ReplyDeleteI just love that you are always able to find a song to go with your post...must be hard though :-) I think your baker's rack looks oh so autumny :-) Wishing you a beautiful day.

I like easy decor that doesn't look easy. I've done a few "easy" things around mine and it's just enough. Your bakers rack is the perfect place to add touches of Fall. It will carry you through Thanksgiving too. Speaking of reeses cups, I've got lots of those left-over too. That's not good for my waistline!
ReplyDeleteHi Shelia,
ReplyDeleteYou do fallen quite well. Pretty baker's rack.
Ooh, I love those peanut butter cups too.
hugs
Sissie
At least you get trick or treaters. We don't get a one. We live on a busy road. I miss the days of all those kids coming to the door. Your shelves look nicely fallified.
ReplyDeleteShelia,
ReplyDeleteEasy peasy works for me, dear friend!!!
Your baker's rack is stunning and I enjoy the additional Fall touches you've added!!! Next week we are to get a cool front...perhaps it's time for homemade soup!!! May I borrow one of your pots??? Ha!
Fondly,
Pat
I think your Bakers Rack is beautifully decorated! Very creative.
