Hash Browns Casserole

Hello, Dear Ones! It's been so long since I've joined Foodie Friday hosted by Our Dear Michael Lee. Pop over to her blog Designs by Gollum and you'll find the most wonderful recipes in Blogland.

Now, we all love Cracker Barrel don't we? I know I do. I usually always order as my sides the fried apples and this little number...

I found a recipe that is so close to the one served at Cracker Barrel. I hope you'll make it and if you try it let me know if you liked it.

Cracker Barrel's Hash Browns Casserole

2 lb. Frozen Hash Browns
1/2 cup Oleo or Butter, melted
1 (10 1/4 oz) Can Cream Chicken Soup
1 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 cup Onion, Peeled and Chopped (I used green onions)
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350' and spray an 11 x 14" baking dish with nonstick spray.
Mix the above ingredients together and place in prepared pan and bake 45 minutes or until browned on top.
