Here you can see that little couple who stick together like glue. They have found a place to sit in my little dough bowl! There are nice soft leaves and pip berries for them to lay down on when they need a nap.
Just look at those little content faces! Is that a keg of beer I see? We don't have alcohol in this house! I'll have to give them a breath check. Little boogers!
Okay, I'm getting side tracked. They wanted their own special plate so I poked down a Blue Willow salad plate and the pip berries have just started to grow all around it.
And pun'kins! The Staffies are really getting into the Fall spirit and needed some pun'kins! Cute little ones, of course. The Staffies are used to picking apples in upstate New York around this time of year but alas, we can't do that here so I poked down a pretty blue and white apple vase. This will just have to do.
Oh, I mustn't forget to show you two more little Staffies that are sitting back stage. They are very shy, young and just don't like a lot of attention. So here they sit on the back shelf. They sure are sweet though!
There you have it - my Fall vignette on The Finn. Well, my Staffies have taken control of it for now. Oh, just so you'll know, they told me the keg is just a keg - no beer. Hummmmm... :)
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Puppy Love
And they called it puppy love
Oh I guess they'll never know
How a young heart really feels
And why I love her so
And they called it puppy love
Just because we're, we're seventeen
Tell them all it...
Please tell them it isn't fair
To take away my only dream
I cry each night
My tears for you
My tears are all in vain
I hope and I pray
That maybe someday
You'll be back (you'll be back) in my arms (in my arms)
Once again
Someone help me, help me
Help me please
Is the answer up above?
How can I
Oh how can I tell them?
This is not a puppy love
(This is not a puppy love)
~ sung by Paul Anka
