Well, I love Fall and I just had to start pulling out my Fallen things to get my house decorated! So we'll start in the entry. I love this little olden table that belonged to my mother and I just always have to have a doily or cloth on it.
My little doggy just begged to be a Fallen doggy! I know he is not standing on a pun'kin but it's round and the right color so I just poked down a couple of glass pun'kins and I had my decor trio!
I am known to be a lazy decorator at times and I patted my tiny self on the back because I did it again. I've used my existing floral and just added some pun'kins and a few cat tails and it went from summer to fall in a few seconds!
Peek-a-boo! I see you and you're so cute!
Hope you've enjoyed my little cheating Fallen entry table. I'll be trying to get more decorating done around here. I had a bad reaction to eating some freshly made horseradish on Sunday and after going to the doctor and taking Benadryl, my head feels like it's in a bucket and my ears are ringing! You know how delicate I am! :) Well, I'm drinking, drinking water and trying to get this out of my system.
Just being real today.
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Let's Get It On (forgive me)
I've been really tryin', baby
Tryin' to hold back this feeling for so long
And if you feel like I feel, baby
Then, c'mon, oh, c'mon
Let's get it on
Ah, baby, let's get it on
Let's love, baby
Let's get it on, sugar
Let's get it on
We're all sensitive people
With so much to give
Understand me, sugar
Since we've to be here
Let's live
I love you
There's nothing wrong with me
Loving you, baby no no
And giving yourself to me can never be wrong
If the love is true
Don't you know how sweet and wonderful life can be
I'm asking you baby to get it on with me
I ain't gonna worry
I ain't gonna push, won't push you baby
So c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, baby
Stop beatin' 'round the bush
Let's get it on
Let's get it on
You know what I'm talkin' 'bout
C'mon, baby
Let your love come out
If you believe in love
Let's get it on
Let's get it on, baby
This minute, oh yeah
Let's get it on
Please, let's get it on
C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, baby
Stop beatin' 'round the bush
Oh, gonna get it on
Threaten' you, baby
I wanna get it on
You don't have to worry that it's wrong
If the spirit moves ya
Let me groove ya good
Let your come down
Oh, get it on
C'mon, baby
Do you know the meaning?
I've been sanctified
Girl, you give me good feeling

ReplyDeleteIt's lovely. I love the blue and orange combo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, I love the colors and that fact that it reminds me of a hunting theme . . . horses and dogs running through the Autumn Meadows in search of game birds for dinner.

ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon. You could probably get it out of your system with the water and a bland diet. Benedryl would make my ears ring! Take care of yourself sweet lady! Hugs, Diane

I think the little brown and white doggie is my favorite. Happy Fall. I can't wait to see the rest of your decor.
ReplyDeleteI did not know about Pat. I just loved her and her blog. I was wondering how you know about her passing?
ReplyDeleteI emailed her granddaughter, Xantie, and she related it to me. Also we were friends on Facebook and her daughter gave updates for us. Yes, she will be missed.
