Now this decorating feat was such a challenge. You run into those sometimes too, don't you?
This little vignette was exactly the very same as you see above for Easter except there was a trio of bunnies instead of my chicken. I actually had to pick up a mommy bunny and her two babies and take them down into the basement and place them with the other bunnies! Whew! Work! Then I had to carefully pick up this chicken tureen and place her down on the table. Work, I tell ya! I almost strained my back. Yeah, I almost did.
So there you have it ~ my decorating dilemma! Hard work pays off y'all! Don't ever give up when you have a decorating challenge. Persist and you'll get there! You all know I'm teasing! :)
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Nights In White Satin
Nights in white satin
Never reaching the end
Letters I've written
Never meaning to send
Beauty I've always missed
With these eyes before
Just what the truth is
I can't say any more
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Gazing at people some hand in hand
Just what I'm going through they can't understand
Some try to tell me thoughts they cannot defend
Just what you want to be you will be in the end
And I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you
Nights in white satin
Never reaching the end
Letters I've written
Never meaning to send
Beauty I've always missed
With these eyes before
Just what the truth is
I can't say any more
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you
Never reaching the end
Letters I've written
Never meaning to send
Beauty I've always missed
With these eyes before
Just what the truth is
I can't say any more
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Gazing at people some hand in hand
Just what I'm going through they can't understand
Some try to tell me thoughts they cannot defend
Just what you want to be you will be in the end
And I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you
Nights in white satin
Never reaching the end
Letters I've written
Never meaning to send
Beauty I've always missed
With these eyes before
Just what the truth is
I can't say any more
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you
'Cause I love you
Yes I love you
Oh how I love you
Oh how I love you

Rain , we breaks of sunshine, now it's chilly again. What do we wear and what do we do?? I am so ready for calm sweet pleasant weather. :) Hope you had a beautiful Mother's Day. ReplyDeleteHi Shelia,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad spring has arrived in your part of the country. Your vignette is just darling! Have I told you that I have a table runner and napkins in that very same pattern? Is your tablecloth a Ralph Lauren? I LOVE mine -- such nice fabric.
So that was an exhausting decorating challenge, huh? With your recent surgery, it could very well be. At least you have an excuse. ;) I feel like I'm exhausted for no reason. Sigh.
Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day, Shelia!
Warm hugs,
Denise at Forest Manor
