Today I'd like you to come into my dining room and see my little Eastery centerpiece on my table.
I just adore this old crocheted runner and seem to use it all of the time. Well, it was already on the table so why change it? :) I poked down a pink cake stand and put a tureen on top, two milk glass bowls and poked in some greenery balls. I did add some color with my little bunny sugar and creamer. Aren't they just so cute?
Then a couple of bunnies to flank the ends ~ done! Not too fancy, kinda plain for me, but that's all I'm doing.
Okie dokie, there you have my simple little table. My family is going to the 8:00 am early service at church Easter Sunday, so we'll be home early and we're going to have a brunch and the grandchildren can hunt for Easter eggs outside if it's not too cold!
Hope you all will come back and see what else I'm up to. Easy does it this year!

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
How Deep The Father's Love For Us
How deep the Father's love for us
How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son
To make a wretch His treasure
How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son
To make a wretch His treasure
How great the pain of searing loss
The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One
Bring many sons to glory
The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One
Bring many sons to glory
Behold the man upon a cross
My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed, I hear my mocking voice
Call out among the scoffers
My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed, I hear my mocking voice
Call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held Him there
Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life
I know that it is finished
Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life
I know that it is finished
I will not boast in anything
No gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection
No gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection
Why should I gain from His reward?
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom
Why should I gain from His reward?
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom

Your 'Eastery' vignette in your dining table is lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe white bunnies are my fave part as I am sort of bunnyless... no, ok I have two, wish I could find white ones, though.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend. Thanks for dropping by again and I still haven't anything new, you see, we just drove dropping off the grandgirls on a three hour ride to and from their house.
Hugs,
FABBY
