Essentials

Hello, Dear Ones! More Babbette clothes to show you today. I had some soft green polka dot flannel and thought this fabric would make some nice little shortie PJs or a slip and bloomers. Either one!
Babbette is really enjoying wearing these as the flannel is so soft on her little baby skin. You can see that the Bitty Babies arms at the top are fabric so they are soft and easy to move around. So when she's has on a sleeveless outfit you'll see the fabric upper arms. Just thought I'd tell you that.
Babbette is so proud of her little bloomers too and wanted you to see the lace on them! I told her this was not very ladylike but she said she wasn't a lady yet! I added a little green bow on the top and I was done! I hope you'll continue to come back as I have more to show you!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

She's A Lady

Well, she's all you'd ever want
She's the kind I like to flaunt and take to dinner
But she always knows her place
She's got style, she's got grace, she's a winner
She's a lady
Oh, whoa, whoa, she's a lady
Talkin' about that little lady
And the lady is mine
Well, she's never in the way
Always something nice to say, and what a blessin'
I can leave her on her own
Knowin' she's okay alone and there's no messin'
She's a lady
Oh, whoa, whoa, she's a lady
Talkin' about that little lady
And the lady is mine
Well, she never asks very much
And I don't refuse her
Always treat her with respect
I never would abuse her
What she's got is hard to find
And I don't want to lose her
Help me build a mountain
From a little pile of clay, hey hey hey
Well, she knows what I'm about
She can take what I dish out, and that's not easy
But she knows me through and through
And she knows just what to do and how to please me
She's a lady
Oh, whoa, whoa, she's a lady
Talkin' about that little lady
And the lady is mine
Yeah, yeah, yeah, she's a lady
Oh, whoa, whoa, she's a lady
Listen to me people she's a lady
Yeah yeah yeah yeah she's a lady
Whoa whoa whoa she's a lady
Talkin' about the little lady
whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa
She's a lady
Yeah yeah yeah she's a lady
Whoa whoa lord, she's a lady
I can't live without that
She's a lady
Ooh ooh she's a lady
~ sung by Tom Jones

  1. I was listening to Tom singing!
Very important that Babbette has cute undiethings, makes her feel more pretty. I think Babbette is going to need a little clothes rack or dresser for all her fashionable clothes.

    1. Ha ha! I loved Tom Jones. Did you ever see his TV show he had in the 1960s? I loved it. Yes, Babbette does need something to put her clothes in. I'll leave that up to my daughter.
      Be a sweetie,
      Shelia ;)

  10. Just wondering, does Babbette have her clothes in a nice wardrobe or special suitcase? Where does she store her massive wardrobe?

Babbette really has a wonderful wardrobe made so special from your talented hands and creativity. I liked the question above, where does she store her wardrobe??
