Poke a pat of butter on top and you're ready to go! Doesn't it look good?
Come on over and I'll share!
Here's the recipe and I do believe you'll love these.
Fresh Blueberry Muffins
2 cups Bisquick 2/3 cup milk
1 egg 2 Tbs oil
1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 400'. I use baking paper cups, spray them with Pam and place them into a muffin pan. Beat egg slightly in medium bowl and stir in remaining ingredients, just til moistened, except the blueberries. Fold blueberries into batter. I love blueberries so I poke a few extra onto the tops of the batter and push them down just a bit. Divide batter evenly into cups.I fill the cups up pretty full. Bake 15 - 18 minutes until browned.
Makes a dozen.
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Blueberry Hill
I found my thrill
On Blueberry Hill
On Blueberry Hill
When I found you
On Blueberry Hill
On Blueberry Hill
When I found you
The moon stood still
On Blueberry Hill
And lingered until
My dream came true
On Blueberry Hill
And lingered until
My dream came true
The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be
Though we're apart
You're part of me still
For you were my thrill
On Blueberry Hill
You're part of me still
For you were my thrill
On Blueberry Hill
The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be
Though we're apart
You're part of me still
For you were my thrill
On Blueberry Hill
You're part of me still
For you were my thrill
On Blueberry Hill
~ sung by Fats Domino
