Day 6 - A Cow A Day

Hello, Dear Ones!
Here we are again at Day 6 - A Cow A Day.
Are you having fun? You know I am.
Today I am introducing you to Elsie!
Elsie is another little cow head creamer and she looks like Elsie the cow from the Borden's dairy products of my childhood! Love my Elsie.
My dear little Elsie was made around the 1950s. I was born in 1951 so Elsie and I are close in age. We both look pretty good you know! You do know I'm teasing, don't you? :)
Well, I'm going to have to scoot because Elsie is about to put some cream into my cup so I can have my tea. Toodle loo...

Just in case you'd like to peep back at my cow creamers just click:

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

My Wish

I hope that the days come easy and the moments pass slow,
And each road leads you where you want to go,
And if you're faced with a choice, and you have to choose,
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you.
And if one door opens to another door closed,
I hope you keep on walkin' till you find the window,
If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile,

But more than anything, more than anything,
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.

I hope you never look back, but ya never forget,
All the ones who love you, in the place you left,
I hope you always forgive, and you never regret,
And you help somebody every chance you get,
Oh, you find God's grace, in every mistake,
And you always give more than you take.

But more than anything, yeah, and more than anything,
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.

This is my wish
I hope you know somebody loves you
May all your dreams stay big

  18. I remember getting to pet the real Elsie - the Borden Milk mascot. She was at an arts festival and they had put a wreath of flowers on her. She was the most beautiful cow I've ever seen. If cows can be beautiful. (yes).
