Day 5 - A Cow A Day

Hello, Dear Ones and welcome again to the 5th day of A Cow A Day.
I'm having a great time showing you my little cow creamers and I hope you're enjoying seeing them.
Today I would like to introduce you to Willamina!
I have to confess, I have seen Willamina's cousins hanging out on some of your blogs. This is a very popular creamer and a well loved family from Walmart! ;)
As you can see, Willamina is very white, very sturdy and very sure of herself.
Look at her beautiful face! She speaks in a very smooth low tenor sounding voice. Kinda like Kathleen Turner from long ago.

She loves to have just a bit of froo froo so I tied a little red ribbon on her tail - handle.
Later on today Willamina has promised to find a special recipe for dinner and then help me prepare it. These little cow creamers are very sweet, useful and helpful! :)

I'm still hoping you'll pop back in tomorrow to see another of my little cow creamers!

I don't want you to miss not even one little cow creamer so just click on the day to see the previous ones:

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia  :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

Willamina

Corn don’t grow around here
We ain'’t seen a drop all year
But there’'s one place I know
Where the grass grows free and the waters flow

Just knock on the tool-shed door
And you fall straight down through the floor
Unseen by the naked eye
And everybody gets a little piece of the pie

Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina

Well there’'s a big red dog in the yard
He’'s always out standing guard
Of the old gray house on the hill
Where you climb right up and you get your fill

Just knock on the kitchen door
And the 16 cats on the floor
And everybody’'s getting so high
That the taxman wants a little piece of the pie

Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina

Well the lights went out one day
And the cats all ran away
And the place where I used to go
Where there once was grass there now lays snow

And the taxman knocked on the door
Then fell straight down through the floor
That everybody's getting so high
That they lost every little bitty piece of the pie

Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina
Out in Willamina

  2. There is a lot of mooning, er, I mean mooing going around at your house. I am glad Willamina has a nice voice so that the mooing doesn't get to be too mooch!
    Have a blessed Sunday, Ginger

  3. Very cute, Shelia! We have a local grocery store {not a large chain store} that has a tea section with these little white creamers. They have a variety of animals, including the cow. I am always tempted by the bunny one when I go down this aisle!

  6. Hi Shelia, Oh this sweet cow is darling. Love the addition of the red ribbon on her tail. Too cute. She can accent anything by changing the ribbon. What a sweet little helper in your kitchen and addition to your lovely cow collection. Looking forward to # 6. Have a blessed Sunday!

  11. I just caught up with all the cow creamers. Such a nice collection. And I love how you name them all.
I have a cow creamer that I got when I was about 2 years old. It's a Goebel. I've always loved it. I used to make my mom pour my milk into my glass with it. I never knew there was a whole world of cow creamers out there.
