My Little Hutch Has Fallen

Hello, Dear Ones!
I'm been fiddling around in my breakfast room and Falled up my little hutch

I painted my little hutch this soft green just about a year ago and I'm still loving it.

She is really very happy in her sweet shade 'o green.

Well, I'll start at the top...
gotta have some Roosters.

The top shelf has an amber colored glass Rooster and Chick backed up with some Rooster dishes.
Keeping them separated is a chicken tureen and some Rooster dishes.

Then little Rooster dishes, a Rooster glass pitcher, a Rooster creamer and a couple of pun'kins!

Then sitting on the part of my little hutch that I didn't paint but stained, are more Roosters, another chicken tureen and some artichokes. Oh, more Rooster dishes.

Just a little Falling in the breakfast room!
Hope you're all having fun Falling around at your house.

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

Get On Up

Ooh ooh ooh dit-dit-dit-do
Ooh ooh ooh dit-dit-dit-do
Get on up (get on up)
Get on up (get on up)
Now get on up (get on up)
Now get on up (get on up)

How can you sit yourself down for a rest
When you now that I'm trying my best
To dance with you girl (get on up)
To dance with you girl (get on up)

So get on up (get on up)
On the floor (get on up)
Get on up now (get on up)
And dance some more (get on up)
Get on up (get on up)
Let's boogaloo (get on up)
Get on up now (get on up)
Just me and you (get on up)
{repeat chorus}

Hey you (get on up)
Over there (get on up)
Get on up now (get on up)
Don't go nowhere (get on up)
We gonna dance dance dance
We gonna dance dance dance
The boogaloo(get on up)
Too (get on up)

We're gonna do the Monkey (the Philly dog too)
We're gonna do the Jerk (just me and you)
We're gonna dance dance dance
We're gonna Shing-a-ling
We're gonna do the Thing
Tonight
Dit-dit-dit-do

So get on up (get on up)
And sock it to me (get on up)
Get on up (get on up)
And rock it to me (get on up)
So get on up (get on up)

  17. Good morning my sweet friend, You sure did a great job painting your hutch. I remember when you painted it this lovely shade of green. My favorite color BTW. Fall and roosters can't get better. Love your artful decorating as always.

We have been in Fl for 10 days and it is great to be home. However, it will be 16 degrees tomorrow night and a bit of snow. Brrrrr.

Wishing happy days ahead to you and your family.

  23. I love your paint job on your hutch. I'm thinking about stripping and staining the top of my hutch like yours and painting the rest. Love the way you have it decorated for fall. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a sweet comment.

  25. I love your hutch and the little roosters are so adorable. I need to redo my hutch. Your hutch posts was the reason I even had a hutch! I will never forget telling my daughters that I had to have a hutch and showing them pictures of your hutch. The next thing I knew my oldest daughter was giving me her hutch as she was getting something totally different for her little spot where the hutch was. From then on out I have been in love with my hutch. The bad part is...I don't want to change anything on it! LOL! You may just be inspiring me to make a change with my hutch....Maybe for Christmas I will change things out! LOL! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
