I'm Falling

Hello, Dear Ones!
Well, I decided I needed to start Falling around the house a little so I started in the kitchen.
I am still sewing but thought I'd give you a break from seeing all of my handmade things.
Come on and I'll show you how I've Fallen so far.
Love my little kitchen corners and I've Fallen in this one!

You've seen most of these things before.

See the little brown and white plate back there? Well, I got it in Portugal earlier this year at a little flea market for $1. I don't have any brown and white transferware but thought I needed it. Sorry I didn't get a clear snap of it.
Isn't this an adorable little egg cup that matches my little things?
Debbie, from My Vintage Daydreams sent me a package filled with lovelies just for me.
She was cleaning out some things and thought of me.
Thank you, Debbie.
I just filled my olden brown Pyrex bowl with pears.
Pretty Fallen, don't you think?

 Here's another little Fallen vignette.
Debbie also sent me this little darling Rooster vase. I love it.
 I poked a little pun'kin under a tiny little cloche...Fallen.
 And in this corner...
a cute little couple who are so happy to be Fallen around.
:)
I poked a few flowers in the bowl of my mixer and called it Fallen!
Well there you have my Fallen kitchen.
I have decorated a little more around the house and will show you later.

Between my sewing and checking in on you all, I couldn't stand it seeing all of your Falleness and I didn't have anything done yet. You all inspire me so much and I love you all!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

Please Help Me I'm Falling

Please, help me I'm falling in love with you
Close the door to temptation don't let me walk through
Turn away from me darling, I'm begging you to
Please, help me I'm falling in love with you
I belong to another, whose arms have grown cold
But I promised forever to have and to hold
I can never be free dear but when I'm with you
I know that I'm losing the will to be true
Please, help me I'm falling and that would be sin
Close the door to temptation don't let me walk in
For I mustn't want you oh, but darling I do
Please, help me I'm falling in love with you
~ sung by Bobby Vinton

You are so clever both in design - and so so clever with words, Sheila!

I REALLY need to get my boxes out. I am inspired, just so danged busy and TIRED too - so there in the storage room in the basement it still sits.

    Hugs.

  7. Shelia, your kitchen corners are so pretty. I really like the one with the black and yellow theme. And yes, I have fallen here too. I've got lots of orange added this year. Hugs, Pam

  11. My container of fall stuff is sitting in the corner waiting for me to put it out. Between the garden and making soap it got put on the back burner. I need to take so time tonight and just put it out.

  14. Your roosters can make it seem fall year round with all their pretty colors! I really love the corner vignette in the first picture, the little roo's painted on the accessories. I really like all the sunflowers, too! I need to get in gear! :)
