Hello, Dear Ones!
I've set the table in the breakfast room and thought I would share it with you.
Aqua and sunshine. Looks like a summer morning to me.
Do you agree?
I popped right into Kroger and looked in the discounted flower bin
and found these little lovelies for $3! Works for me!
I've used these little olden dishes. I love their delicate look.
They have the daintiest design in the center of the bowls, plates and around the border.
I don't know anything about them except I know they make me smile.
Hope you're smiling too! :)
Yellow flowers and yellow napkins are the sunshine of my little tablescape.
I really do love my milk glass pitcher and it makes a perfect holder for my sunshine! :)
Sniff...sniff!
I've added a quirky little retro looking lidded bowl.
It seems a little too big for a sugar bowl.
Do I care? No, no Nannette, I do not care because I love it anyway.
I'll just poke some fluffy white clouds in it!
I bought two of these little teeny tiny butter dishes.
They are the only things new on the table,
well except the flowers, um, I mean the sunshine.
I wish the shop had had two more but alas only these two.
I can put little butter pats in them...
oooooooooooooooooor maybe some dew drops!
This was a little Christmas gift and is perfect with my little table.
I poked in a little tea light candle for a little flicker.
You do know a firey romance can start that way ~
just a little flicker! :)
Well, there you have my little tablescape filled with aqua and sunshine! :)
You grab the bowl of fruit from the fridge and I'll take the quiche out of the oven! :)

Because I'm hungry for those good things, baby
I could almost taste it It's sweet as wine
There's a custom tailored world that I wanna own someday
Yes, I'm hungry for those good things, baby
I can almost taste it now
Gonna live each minute, fill the hours and days
'Cause I'm hungry for those good things, baby

Be a bunch of sweeties,

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~
Hungry
Girl you got this need to know what I'm all about
There is something that you dig you can't figure out
Well, you wanna know what moves my soul
And what ticks inside of my brain
But I've got this need I just can't control and it's
A drivin' me insane,
I can't take it
Because I'm hungry for those good things, baby
Hungry through and through
I'm hungry for that sweet life, baby
With a real fine girl like you
I could almost taste it It's sweet as wine
There's a custom tailored world that I wanna own someday
With a special place up high where we can stay alone you and me
Girl, I'm gonna have it all someday if you'll just hang on to my hand
If I break some rules along the way, girl, you
You gotta understand
It's my way of gettin' what I want now, 'cause I'm hungry
Yes, I'm hungry for those good things, baby
Hungry through and through
Well, I'm hungry for that sweet life, baby
With a real fine girl like you
I can almost taste it now
Oh, it's sweet as wine
Ain't gonna waste it now
When it's finally mine
Gonna live each minute, fill the hours and days
'Til I've had my fill, girl, I'll be rollin' in it
Yes, yes, you know I will, yes I will
'Cause I'm hungry for those good things, baby
Hungry through and through
I'm hungry for that sweet life, baby
With a real fine girl like you
Hungry for those good things, baby
Hungry for those good things, baby
Hungry through and through
I'm hungry for that sweet life, baby
With a real fine girl like you
