Hello, Dear Ones!
I'm having fun decorating for Easter.
I'm having fun decorating for Easter.
You know you can use your tureens for more than just soup!
I've taken one of mine and made a little arrangement in it
I've taken one of mine and made a little arrangement in it
to sit on Little Richard.
You do name your furniture pieces, don't you? :)
You do name your furniture pieces, don't you? :)
I love using my silverware boxes to poke stuff on!
I've Eastered up my tureen with spring faux flowers.
What is that I see? A little Bunny Foo Foo is hiding among the flowers!
I thought it would be appropriate to poke an egg into the ladle!
I couldn't just stop with the tureen so I poked more Easterly things down on Little Richard.
A sweet little Bunny Foo Foo sugar bowl and creamer.
Always room for a nest with eggs!
Now to the other side.
A little Easter egg tree. Don't you wish we could grow these in our back yards?
I think this is a little cracker holder and I love it.
It is so cute with the Bunny Foo Foos and the little owlet.
Just look at this darling little Head!
And just the cutest little Bunny Foo Foo bum bum you've ever seen!
So there you have my Little Richard all dressed up for Easter!
Go grab yourself a tureen and go to town with it!
I so appreciate you popping in to see me.

I'll leave your with a little Note Song ~
You Are My Hiding Place
You are my hiding place
You always fill my heart
With songs of deliverance
Whenever I am afraid
I will trust in You
I will trust in You
Let the weak say
I am strong
In the strength of the Lord
You are my hiding place
You always fill my heart
With songs of deliverance
Whenever I am afraid
I will trust in You
I will trust in You
Let the weak say I am strong
In the strength of the Lord
I will trust in You
You always fill my heart
With songs of deliverance
Whenever I am afraid
I will trust in You
I will trust in You
Let the weak say
I am strong
In the strength of the Lord
You are my hiding place
You always fill my heart
With songs of deliverance
Whenever I am afraid
I will trust in You
I will trust in You
Let the weak say I am strong
In the strength of the Lord
I will trust in You

The soup tureen without doubt looks STUNNING, but Shelia dear I'm so curious as to HOW one would come up with such a creative idea. When does this happen? The ideas I mean....... I only get creative ideas like this by visiting your blog or flipping through magazines. Honestly......not a creative bone in my body - little wonder I'm flabbergasted at times with your creations - A Soup Tureen, now whoever would have thought...................

Hi Sheila, What a beautiful painting in the background. I always notice art as my mother was an artist. Thank you for visiting today. The Hoosier is all original including the wonderful painting. Twyla of Two Crazy Crafters has one side cabinet in her craftroom. I have seen them offered online for $800 which is what I paid for mine. So glad you like it. Have a lovely week. Elizabeth
