A Little Look Back on 2012

Hello, Dear Ones!
I've got just a few more days to enjoy my little grand daughter and then she flies home.
So, in the mean time I thought I'd show you a little recap of my 2012.

Although this is not in my home, it's in my little grand daughter's bedroom.
My daughter had designed what she wanted and I drew it out for her and we painted it.

I made some cloth shabby roses wreaths for my front doors.

 This is my kitchen 'before".
 The "after" .
Doesn't look much different but look at the cabinet doors.
We had them refaced. The large cabinet door on the right side of the sink got two doors.
Then I got one glass front cabinet door on the corner cabinet

I did a bit of sewing.

I started making little felt decorations for my little Carter.

 Here's the den "before".
I painted the backs of my builtins green.

I painted my little breakfast room hutch green and added beadboard wallpaper to the backs.

I made a special little wreath for Christmas.
Of course, I made zillions of little glitter houses

Noting too fabulous like many of you, but I did seem to keep myself busy!
See you all in a few more days.

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Songs ~

Don't Stop

If you wake up and don't want to smile,
If it takes just a little while,
Open your eyes and look at the day,
You'll see things in a different way.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

Why not think about times to come,
And not about the things that you've done,
If your life was bad to you,
Just think what tomorrow will do.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

All I want is to see you smile,
If it takes just a little while,
I know you don't believe that it's true,
I never meant any harm to you.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

Don't you look back,
Don't you look back.
