Circle Journal Time Again

Hello, Dear Ones.
Well, it's Circle Journal time again and this month I've worked on Kathryn's journal.
Her theme was From Seeds to Stars.
I had a difficult time trying to decide what to do!

Here are my two pages for her journal.

I'm really drawn to vintage graphics and went with that.

I just fell in love with this one.
Look at all the pretty blooms and the little ladder set up to clip the flowers on the arbor, gardening tools all around. I sprinkled down a few jewels.
We all know that flowers are the jewels in the garden.

Found a sweet simple little poem I feel can be the seeds in our hearts and will produce lovely, Godly character traits.

On to the second page.

I did use a small paper doily on each page and I chalked them up in a pretty soft green.
I made a layered flower and topped it with another little flower.

Next I added some little graphics of olden seed packets
and sprinkled some more jewels.

Kathryn wanted us to make an info tag with our name, etc., on one side and we were to decorate the other side the way we wanted.
Most of the gals had put their most gorgeous faces on them,
so I added my most gorgeous face to mine! :)

As I've told you before, our journals will have made the complete circle of 10 in October and we'll all get our journals back.
I'm so excited as this has been so much fun!
I'd participate in another one in a heart beat!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

In The Garden

I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear falling on my ear
The Son of God discloses.

And
He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

He speaks, and the sound of His voice,

Is so sweet the birds hush their singing,
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing.

And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

I’d stay in the garden with Him

Though the night around me be falling,
But He bids me go; through the voice of woe
His voice to me is calling.

 And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

    This hymn was sung at my father's funeral. It has always been a favorite and a comfort to me.♥
