After Trippin'

Hello, Dear Ones!
 You know how it is...

You return from trippin' and you have to get back to your real life again.

 Bags to unpack.

Toiletries to replenish and put back in place.

Have to start planning to cook meals again!
Shoot!
Just sayin'...

Have to clean really well because the dust bunnies have gathered.

I mention again...

 the unpacking of luggage...

and here's the room where I'm spending a lot of time at the moment.
See you when I can see daylight!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

In memory of Davy Jones of The Monkees...

Daydream Believer

Oh, I could hide ’neath the wings

Of the bluebird as she sings.
The six o’clock alarm would never ring.
Whoops it’s ringing and I rise,
Wipe the sleep out of my eyes.
My shavin’ razor’s cold and it stings.

Cheer up, sleepy jean.
Oh, what can it mean.
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen.

You once thought of me
As a white knight on a steed.
Now you know how happy I can be.
Oh, and our good times starts and end
Without dollar one to spend.
But how much, baby, do we really need.

Cheer up, sleepy jean.
Oh, what can it mean.
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen.
Cheer up, sleepy jean.
Oh, what can it mean.
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen.

Cheer up, sleepy jean.
Oh, what can it mean.
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen.
~ sung by The Monkees

  1. Love the closet doors for Carter ... what a beauty she is, also. You & daughter look fab wearing paint, Shelia. I know you had a 'grand' time, who wouldn't smothering them all in hugs & kisses. You have a gorgeous family.

Now to settle back in ...

    Have a beautiful day.
    TTFN ~
    Hugs,

  11. Hi Sheila, love your photos and the reminder that we pay the Piper when we travel. Back to our real world is sometimes hard to adjust to again. I know you can do it because you are a seasoned traveler. Smile.

I'm glad you are home safe and sound.
    love, Jeanne

  14. Why is it that so much more laundry comes out of a suitcase than you ever put in? It's a mystery I've never solved!

sounds like you are getting settled back in! The closet doors you guys painted for your adorable granddaughter are fabulous! My daughter is doing her nursery in the same colors but with fat little robins, (pottery barn).

  21. Shelia,
After trippin' it's not the laundry I mind so much as the unpacking!!! Putting everything away! See you when you come out from under the piles of wash! Ha!
    Fondly,
