Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song~
Wonderful Christmas Time
The moon is right
The spirits up
We're here tonight
And that's enough
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
The party's on
The feelin's here
That only comes
This time of year
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
The choir of children sing their song
Ding dong, ding dong
Ding dong, ding Ohhhh
Ohhhhhhh
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
The word is out
About the town
To lift a glass
Ahhh don't look down
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/c/christmas_songs/wonderful_christmastime.html SSimply having a wonderful christmastime
Simply having a wonderful christmastime
The choir of children sing their song

ReplyDeleteSheila, I love this vignette in its sparkly traditional red and green colors.
ReplyDeleteHi Shelia!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty for sure... and yes we do all know that you say balls. That's what they were back in the middle of LAST century ;) I know 'cause I was there.
That brings to mind that every year my mom got a box of candy and my dad got a can of nuts...
Well he had the kind of humor that the dad in the movie "A Christmas Story" had... and the language to go along. Nuf said.
xoxo Bunny Jean

ReplyDeleteOh Shelia, I'm sorry I haven't been over to visit. My, how the time rushes by. I injured my hands and they are finally better but last Sat. was our Christmas party for 35 of our friends. I was very busy as you might know. This week I am mailing packages and finishing my Christmas shopping. The Christmas rush is on in our home. Smile.
ReplyDeleteI love your 'Christmas balls' so much. Your arrangement on the pretty table is really pretty. I love the sparkle and the bright colors. The table is a treasure too. I am going to gather the cloches and ball them up. HA!
I too love all the Christmas goings on. My favorite time of the year. As soon as I finish my shopping, maybe today!!! I am staying on my computer and visiting all my darling blogging friends to my hearts content.
Love you much.
Jeanne

Sheila, Great vignette on your Duncan Phyfe table. The cloches really enhance the colors and sparkle of the "balls". So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love your balls Sheila LOL! Actually I love your entire vignette with the fresh greens. Your home is looking gorgeous for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHi Sweet Sheila...Loving your Christmas balls under the Cloche glass. How festive and colorful! And I love the jeweled fruit...I have some very similar...in swags and topiary trees. Years ago I worked for a company called Christmas Around the World and we sold them our final year before the company folded. You are a SWEETIE! ;) Merry CHRISTmas!
ReplyDeleteThe Christmas balls look lovely under the cloche glass. Loving your furniture piece. Your vignettes are always delightful...
ReplyDeleteShelia,
ReplyDeleteThe cloches filled with colorful ornaments is stunning! I adore the use of lights to your garland...making it a vision of loveliness!
Fondly,
Pat
Very beautiful! I love everything about it!
ReplyDeleteLoved your plopped display...almost always those arrangements are the most beautiful and your's certainly says Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteSheila, how did you get the Christmas balls to stay in place while you "plopped" the cloches down? Such an elegant display! That would be perfect on my buffet or even wine cabinet. I've pinned it so I will remember to attempt to match it come Christmas time. Guess I had start keeping my eye out for a red table runner at Home Goods..they'll probably have their Christmas stuff out soon.
