(if you saw this post a few days ago, it was a mistake. So here it is again!)
We had new carpet put down and the search was on for a sofa! I wanted something totally different from what I'd had before.
Saw this one and fell head over heals with her! I loved her shape and the pattern on the fabric and then I thought - I've never had anything this color before! Was I crazy to select this sofa? Well, it was so hard to find chairs that looked right with it. But finally found those too. When I brought out my fall things I realized it! I didn't mean to do it but my living room is very Fallen in color!
So on with the Falleness! This is an old vintage table my Mother gave me and it fits perfectly in between the windows. It got the Fallen treatment too.
Love my balls, well orbs, that I found at Walmart. Poked in some Fallen flowers and they look great!
See?
We love our cloches, don't we? Well, this is a Fallen cloche with a glass punkin poked underneath.
Here's my coffee table - she's Fallen too! Our Dear Marty at A Stroll Thru Life uses scarves and fabric on tabletops and scrunches them up. Well, I'm trying to learn from her so I threw down a table runner and scrunched. Fallen scrunch.
Then I placed my three favorite glass punkins down to sit on top of my Fallen scrunch.
Isn't this a wonderful punkin? I poked her up on a little pedestal to give her Fallen importance! :)
Then I made a little floral arrangement to use as a backdrop for all my Fallen glass punkins!
The baby glass punkin. Don't you love the little curly q on top?
The last Fallen punkin. Looking tall and regal with a curly q too! I love those curly qs! :)
Fallen scrunch, Fallen punkins, Fallen floral and sprinkles of Fallness all around!
Even though I really didn't mean to make my living room all Fallen, that's just what I did!
I'm joining The Charm of Home for Home Sweet Home Party,
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song~
Could It Be I'm Falling In Love
Since I met you I begun to feel so strange
Every time I speak your name that's funny
You say that you are so helpless too
That you don’t know what to do
Each night I pray there will never come a day
When you up and take your love away
Say you feel the same way too
And I wonder what it is I feel for youCould it be I’m falling in love
[With you baby]
Could it be I’m falling in love
Could it be I’m falling in love
With you With you With you With you
I don’t need all those things that used to bring me joy
You make me such a happy boy
And honey you’ll always be the only for me
Meeting you was my destiny
You can be sure I will never let you down
When you need me I’ll be around
And darling you’ll always be
The only for me
Heaven made you specially
Could it be I’m falling in love
[With you baby]
Could it be I’m falling in love
Could it be I’m falling in love
With you With you with you, With you
And darling you’ll always be
The only for me
Heaven made you specially
Could it be I’m falling in love
[With you baby]
Could it be I’m falling in love
[I wanna know now baby]
Could it be I’m falling in love
With you With you With you With you
I walk around with my heart in my hands hey
Walk the street as long as I can baby
I used to sing fa fa fa fa
But right now I feel so good I sing la la la la
Once you get me up
Won’t let me down
Just let this feeling carry me on
Skip the beats with my heart girl
