Dear Ones!! We have 109 party goers this morning! Oh, I just about can't stand it! So if you want to join the Roos and Chicks party you have until this evening! So grab those little chicken legs and come on! I'll draw two names and reveal the winners on Friday morning! Woo Hooness. I just love this stuff! :)
**************************************
Hello, Dear Ones! It's time, it's really time for our Heart of the Home - Roosters and Chickens Party! Are you excited? I sure am!

Thank you all who have posted our little party button on your blogs! It just made my tiny heart skip a beat when I would pop over for a visit and see it!

Okay, come on into my kitchen where you are greeted by our host yard bird. :)

He is really my favorite Rooster as he was given to me by my Mr. Precious years ago. I've placed him up on a pedestal, well a glass cake stand, and poked fruits and greens all around him. He's really loving all of the attention.

Now I would never have a party and not have some treats for you. I have some peach iced tea already poured and have baked you some cookies! Take a couple, please.

I didn't have a Rooster or Chicken cookie cutter but I did have an olden bird cookie cutter from my childhood, so just pretend this is a yard bird.

I'll just show you a few little yard birds around my kitchen. This is one of my favorites - my little olden Rooster spice set! Isn't it sweet? The container was just a wooden nasty color and I spray painted it a burgundy color.

Did you see these little darling teeny tiny pair of yard birds that are sitting atop my little spice set? Well, my sweet blogging friend Ceekay from Thinking of Home gave them to me!

Here's a little vignette with my new sweet little bowls! Chicks and Roos complete the scene! :)

Thank you all for coming to my party and I hope you enjoy yourself. I just can't wait to see your yard birds! :)

Remember if you link up to my party with your Roos and Chicks, you'll have two chances to win one Rooster pillow and two tea towels. I'll draw the two names on Friday.
Please make sure you link back to this post so other party goers can come to see your Roosters and Chickens!
You are a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll just leave you with the sound of cockadoodledoos and cluck clucks today! :)
Shelia, just perfect, sweet girl. I can't think of anyone better to continue 'the Rooster Call.'

Thanks so much for hostessing; it is fun to see all you ladies again.
