Hello, Dear Ones! Don't we love our cloches? Well, Our
Dear Marty at A Stroll Thru Life knows this and she's having a Cloche Party! Thank you Marty for hosting this fun party! So make sure you pop over to see her and visit all of the party goers.
I love my cloches too...

Here's a vignette set up on my sideboard in the dining room!!

This is a cake holder and not a cloche, but it's glass and has a domed lid so I thought it would count. I filled her with red faux roses. I love my fauxs and they look especially nice under a glass dome! :)

Cups are always pretty under glass too!

More fauxs sitting in a little tarnished sugar bowl.

More cups looking pretty under glass!

Nekked ( that's Texan for naked! ) cloches look good just sitting on the table looking pretty too!

Another little cloche on a stand.

This is not a cloche but it's glass and I always filler up with shells during the summer.

This cloche set up was an accident. I had a leftover cloche and didn't know where to put it. So...I poked her down on top of my olden Fostoria sandwich plate. That's the handle of the sandwich plate you see sticking up!

I thought the little handle looked so precious and shy under glass! :) I surprise myself at my own creativity! :) You know I'm teasing! :)

Another little vignette in the den...wire cloches and birds.

This wire cloche was a dark bronzy color so I gave her a creamy look with my dainty fingers and spray paint! I think a duet is going on with these little birds!

Oh, Dear Ones...this is my new wire cloche. Don't you just love it? You can see it has a little stand and another birdie on top! Looooove it! Now that I step back a bit, I hear a little bit of singing - a birdie quartet! I love this stuff! :)

In the kitchen I've placed this tiny little cloche on another Fostoria tiny stand and poked a little Rooster under it!

Here's my last cloche vignette to show you. This is in the kitchen. Now I'm a copy cat and saw a tomato can with daisies in it poked under a cloche on
Dot's blog - Picket's Place - and I just had to do this too! I hope it's okay to be a copy cat and I don't think Picket would mind, she loves me! :)
Hope you've enjoyed seeing my cloches and make sure to pop over to
Marty's and see more ways to decorate with cloches!
Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)
I'll leave you with a little Note Song~
Hooked On A Feeling
I can't stop this feelin' deep inside of me
Girl, you just don't realize what you do to me
When ya hold me in your arms so tight
You let me know everything's all right
I-I-I, I'm hooked on a feelin'
High on believin' that you're in love with me
Lips are sweet as candy, the taste stays on my mind
Girl, you keep me thirsty for another cup of wine
I got it bad for you, girl but I don't need a cure
I'll just stay addicted and hope I can endure
All the good love when we're all alone
Keep it up, girl, yeah ya turn me on
I-I-I, I'm hooked on a feelin'
High on believin' that you're in love with me
All the good love when we're all alone
Keep it up, girl, yeah ya turn me on
I-I-I, I'm hooked on a feelin'
I'm high on believin' that you're in love with me

I think it is amazing how a Victorian gardening tool has made it's way into our 21 century homes as a fun and interesting decorator item. How fun. Richard at My Old Historic House.
