Piddlin' With the China Cabinet

Hello, Dear Ones! My china cabinet has looked like this, minus the Christmas, for the past few months. So it was time to change things up to look more Springy.

Here is what it looks like now...

I brought out a little tassel I bought from Susie Harris when I first started blogging.
Isn't the little tea pot just too adorable?

I have to open the doors to the china cabinet so you can see what's inside.
Glass glare, you know!

I pulled out the Blue Garland dishes with the sweet little blue delicate flowers.
I've seen a few of you in Blogland have these dishes too.
I've also added some crystal glasses.
See those sweet little salt cellars with little matching golden spoons?
Just love these.

In the center section of my cabinet you can see I've used
the platter and the covered veggie bowl.

You can see I've poked in a few white birds too.

Here's the coffee server, sugar bowl and creamer.
I just love the handles and the girly girl shapes.

Just look at the shape of this veggie dish!
Marilyn Monroe, move over! :)

I used a crocheted runner on the bottom shelf to soften against all
of the wood.

Well, never mind...you can see the other three salt cellars
and some little pieces of silver mixed in.

Don't you just love cake stands? Oh, I do and this milk glass square one
is one of my favoriates!

Oh, what a fun time I have in my home. I love to play, don't you?

I've Got You Under My Skin

I've got you under my skin
I've got you deep in the heart of me
So deep in my heart, that you're really a part of me
I've got you under my skin

I've tried so not to give in
I've said to myself this affair never gonna swing so well
So why should I try to resist, when baby will I know (*) well
That I've got you under my skin

I'd sacrifice anything come what might
For the sake of having you near
In spite of a warning voice that comes in the night
And repeats, repeats in my ear

Don't you know little fool, you'll never win
Why not use your mentality, come on step up to reality
But each time I do, just the thought of you
Makes me stop before I begin
'Cause I've got you under my skin
~ sung by Frank Sinatra and Frankie Vallie
