Another Heart of the Home Party

Hello, Dear Ones! You all know that the Heart of the Home is the kitchen don't you? So much of our lives are spent in our kitchens. So I was thinking ~ would you like to have another Heart of the Home Party? Many of you joined me last October and showed your lovely kitchens. We had 104 participants and it was glorious! If you'd like to feast your most gorgeous peepers on the kitchens you can go HERE. I had some serious kitchen envy going on as my beautiful baby blues gazed and drooled at you Heart of the Homes!

Many of you said, "Let's do it again!" So I scratched my head and thought...okay!

So...I thought we could show our favorite cupboards! Don't you just love that olden word?
I sure do!

Now I'm sure you have a special spot in your 'cupboards' that you would love to show us.

Now we don't want you to just point out your favorite 'cupboard' ~ we want you to show us inside! Open the doors! You know you love peeping into other folks business! :)

Your 'cupboard' doesn't have to be behind doors. It could be a little built in shelf like that one in the image above on the left.

Your 'cupboard' could be free standing like this Hoosier! Oh, I adore Hoosiers!

Could be a room divider like this...in the kitchen of course.

So start decluttering, arranging and spiffing up your favorite 'cupboard' so you can join us on Tuesday, April 5th! We're going to throw the doors wide open! :) I'm so clever, aren't I? :)
You know I'm teasing.

Don't you love seeing these olden vintage kitchens? Feast your gorgeous peepers on the images and maybe you'll even get some ideas. Now you know you'll want to print out pages to pop onto your 'cupboards' so you'll know exactly what's in each one! Or are those meals? Oh, menu planning! :)

Look! Two toned colors way back when!

Love that copper vent hood!

Sunny yellowness!

Look at that funny little range with the opening underneath!

So spread the word to all your friends and I hope you'll plan on joining me for the Heart of the Home Party ~ Show us your Favorite Cupboard.
You can take the little button I've made with my most talented dainty creamy fingers and place it on your blog if you'd like!

I'm getting excited already! I already know which 'cupboard' I'm going to show you!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~ our official Heart of the Home Party song

Shake, Rattle and Roll

Get out from that kitchen
and rattle those pots and pans,
Get out from that kitchen
and rattle those pots and pans.
Well, roll my breakfast,
'cause I'm a hungry man.

I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll;
Well you never do nothin'
to save your doggone soul.

Wearin' those dresses,
your hair done up so right
Wearin' those dresses,
your hair done up so right;
You look so warm,
but your heart is cold as ice.

I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
Well you never do nothin'
to save your doggone soul.

I'm like a one-eyed cat,
peepin' in a sea-food store,
I'm like a one-eyed cat,
peepin' in a sea-food store;
I can look at you,
till you don't love me no more.

I believe you're doin' me wrong
and now I know,
I believe you're doin' me wrong
and now I know;
The more I work,
the faster my money goes.

I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,
I said Shake rattle and roll,

Well you never do nothin'
to save your doggone soul.
Shake rattle and rolllllllllllllllllllll
