The Gift

Hi Dear Ones!! Again I'm just blown away by the love, thoughtfulness and heart shared in blogland. I was so blessed with a gift, Dear Ones, by one of these most caring ones. So I just had to share with you a most wonderful one and a most wonderful happening!

Do you know this most beautiful lady? Isn't she gorgeous? Well, this is our very own Claudie from Canada and her blog is called Bubblin' Over. We've been bloggy friends for a couple of years and she is a doll.

See? See how most gorgeously beautiful she is? Yep, and this lovely one has the most wonderful sense of humor too! I do love me some humor! If you're wondering, that is Stella the cloth paper doll who is from England and made her way around the states visiting blogs and just recently went back home poking her head up from Claudie's dress! :)

Well, when I got home from my little trip, I had a nice little package waiting for me from Claudie! OH, how thrilled I was! Couldn't wait to open it and found this lovely little beautifully hand written card.

The front of the card was darling and if you know Claudie, this looks like her!! She loves pink!
A little picture of another lovely!!

And a lovely saying from that beautiful one!

Look what Claudie sent me!! Is this not darling or what? The most precious little baby grand piano ~ just like mine!

I love it and just cried when I saw what she had sent to me!
Look at the little keyboard and the Swing Time! And...it's musical!! Plays the cutest little swing song.

Then there is this precious little dancing couple all decked out to shake a leg. You sit them on top of the piano, plug the cord in and the little couple begin to glide all over the top of the piano as the music plays! Too sweet. I'm pretending this is Mr. Precious and I. :)

Now when you lift the lid just look at the innards! :) Looks just like a real piano with the strings all stretched out and it even has the red felt poked in where the hammers hit! Oh, joyness this is darling!

I just had to share this with you all and what a most thoughtful and sweetest gift ever! Thank you so much, Dear Claudie, for your sweetness to me! This is a gift I will always cherish, thank you, thank you, Dear One!!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

In My Life

There are places I'll remember
All my life, though some have changed
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends, I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life, I've loved them all

But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life, I'll love you more

Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life, I'll love you more
~sung by me and The Beatles :)

What a lovely surprise! What a treat to find such an intricate gift to compliment your baby grand.
Reading through the lines. . .more than the gift. . .your voice was one of great friendship and connection with the giver. I see your "true gift" of friendship shining through. You truly are blessed!

Is it your birthday and we didn't know??? I am going to be so upset with you if you didn't tell us, Shelianess.

I think those little people bear a striking resemblance to you and Mr. Precious, don't you? And I can see the two of you dancing around on the top of your piano! Well, in my mind I can see it. ;-)

Love you and can't think of anyone who deserves a special pressie more than YOU!
