A Very Fallen Home

Hello, Dear Ones! Hope you're having a wonderful day. Our temps have actually Fallen and it feels wonderfully cool outside ~ the perfect time to share with you my Fallen home! :) You know how I love to Fall!
I'm joining our Dear Rhoda at Southern Hospitality for her Fall party!!

Welcome to my very Fallen home! If you visit me very much you've seen me Falling all over the place so you'll remember these snaps, but I hope you'll come on in. :)
At my front doors you'll be greeted by my Fallen wreaths that I made a few years back! Come on in and I'll show you around.

Here in the entry you'll see my antique six leg table all Fallened up!! I just love our big ole Gone With the Wind lamp. You know I do love my things. :) Fallen faux flowers and punkins! I love this stuff! :)

Here we are in the living room with all it's Fallness! I didn't intend for my colors in here to be Fallen but that's how it's evolved!

Even my piano, where I play my little Note Songs for you, is Fallen with a crocheted tablecloth I made years ago and a Fallen floral arrangement I made. Actually this floral sits here all of the time. :)

The dining room is Fallen too! I just couldn't help myself.

On my table I've combined my olden silver pieces with all sorts of Falleness! I do love this stuff.

My olden server is holding my vintage silverware chest and lots of cloches with lots of Falleness all around.

On the opposite wall stands my Little Richard (my olden buffet) with another silverware chest and cloches. I love cloches especially when they are filled with Falleness. :)

Now let's come into the den and I'll show you my Fallen mantle!! It's a shame it's so Fallen. :)

I've poked all of the Fallness up here that I could.

My Fallen den coffee table: orange bowl filled with punkins and gourds then my wonderful, doesn't match a thing, lidded bowl filled with Fallen flowers! Whew!
I'm just about so Fallen I can't get up! :) But I'm getting up because I want to take you into my tiny little breakfast room. I'm a hoot, you know! :)

Here we are in the breakfast room looking at my little china hutch - I always say this is my favorite play toy! :) It changes from season to season. It is such a disgrace - she's Fallen too! :)

Falleness abounds here in my tiny hutch.

I have lots of things in my tiny little breakfast room and here is my bookcase on the opposite wall filled with all of my cookbooks and the top ~ Fallness abounds! :)

You will not have to guess what season it is in here ~ look at my reminder blocks. I get sidetracked sometimes you know. :)

I hope you've enjoyed my Fallen home tour. I do love my Fallen home so as you leave please take a piece of Fallen fruit, well, maybe you shouldn't. I forgot, these are Faux-len fruit and wouldn't taste very good. But know I love you anyway!! :)

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

Could It Be I'm Falling In Love

Since I've met you, I've begun to feel so strange
Every time I speak your name, that's funny
You say that you are so helpless too
That you don't know what to do-ooh.
Each night I pray there will never come a day
When you up and take your love away
Say you feel the same way too,
and I wonder what It is I feel for you-ooh.
Could it be I'm falling in love, with you baby
Could it be I'm falling in love, woo-hoo
Could it be I'm falling in love,
with you, with you, with you-oo.
I don't need all those things, that used to bring me joy
You made me such a happy boy
And honey, you'll always be the only one for me
Meeting you was my destiny-ee.
You can be sure I will never let you down
When you need me I'll be around
And darling you'll always be, the only one for me
Heaven made you 'specially-ee.
Could it be I'm falling in love, with you baby
Could it be I'm falling in love, woo-hoo
Could it be I'm falling in love,
with you, with you, with you-oo.
And darling you'll always be, the only one for me
Heaven made you 'specially-ee.
Could it be I'm falling in love, with you baby
Could it be I'm falling in love,
I want to know now baby
Could it be I'm falling in love,
with you, with you, with you-oo.

  21. Shelia..your front door is just so tasteful and wonderful to look at. I am afraid I "overdo"..and I need to do the accessory thingy where you take off one accessory just as you walk out the door. I need to take out TEN accessories just before I leave the room! But..does the fact that I had seven children...13, 14, etc. months apart..tell you anything about me? Ah..yes...I believe it does!

  22. Sweetie..I didn't compliment you on there rest of your house...I got all self concious and "into" me...and forgot what I was here for! You will forgive me won't you. :)
Now...that little hutch is...I think my most favorite thing in your home..and I am about to paper the back of MY hutch just so I can be like you.
The entire house..(all that we could see) is just gorgeous! Yes, it always is...but..sometimes you take my breath away with your "wonderfulness!"
    Sending sugar your way...
