Spring on the Sunporch

Hello, Dear Ones! I wanted to bring you all out to the sunporch for a little springness! Even though we don't get the snow and the very cold weather so many of you have - when you have a tropical climate, 40' is very cold. But!!! But!!! The sun is beginning to shine again! Hallelujah!

Here is a little vignette on my little Texas table. I call this my Texas table because I painted it all creamyness like and then stenciled on borders and little stars! Something about Texas and stars ya know! :) Love my creamyness of Texas table. Can you love a creamyness of Texas table? Well, you bet your yellow roses you can! 'Oh, the yellow rose of Texas is the only table for me'. Oh, I'm sorry. I got carried away with my little Note Song.

Now this is just the prettiest milk glass basket! I just love it so. Can you love...you bet your milk mustache you can! I made the floral arrangement years ago and just can't seem to change it up.
Now you know how I love my fauxs.

Here's a mosaic...

I've also placed some transferware upon my Texas table. I love transferware. The platter with the sweet little country scene is by Churchill but I don't know the pattern. The little plate in front of it is by Staffordshire Ware and the pattern is Myotts Country Life. The pitcher is just darling, don't you think and is Old Britian Castles.

In the background sits a little candlestick my Mother gave me. It was the dingy golden color so I spray painted it creamyness of color.

There is just the teeniest of space between the two windows and I found these little prints to hang here. Transferware, lace, flowers and sunshine! Perfection! Well, for me it is. :)

Being coastal beings and all, I must have a few shells. How I love my little starfish. Aren't they sweet standing so tall and all? The lady starfish wanted to make sure she would be noticed ~ so she received a little ribbon.

From the window lock I hung this sweet little church birdhouse chime! Just darling! Oh, my goodness, just ignore the deadness of plants out in the backyard! Real springtime is coming and it will change soon.

My windows are topped by little butterfly valances I made. The fabric is a sweet toile and is light and airy.

I'm leaving you with a little puzzle! I've almost finished it but you can put in the last pieces! :)

Well, Dear Ones, there you have my offering for Mosaic Monday hosted by Our Dear Mary at Little Red House, Show Off Your Cottage Monday hosted by Our Dear Cielo at The House in the Roses and Tabletop Tuesday hosted by Our Dear Marty at A Stroll Through Life. Pop on over to see these ladies and be filled with inspiration.

Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

Look Through Any Window
Look through any window, yeah
What do you see
Smiling faces all around
Rushing through the busy town

Where do they go

Moving on their way

Walkin' down the highways and the byways

Where do they go

Moving on their way

People with their shy ways, and their sly ways

Oh, You can see the little children all around
Oh, You can see the little ladies in their gowns, when you

Look through any window, yeah

Any time of day

See the drivers on the roads

Button down their heavy loads

Where do they go

Moving on their way
A driving down the highways, and the byways

Where do they go

Moving on their way

Drivers with their shy ways, and their sly ways
Oh, You can see the little children all around
Oh, You can see the little ladies in their gowns, when you

Look through any window, yeah
What do you see Smiling faces all around
Rushing through the busy town

Where do they go
Moving on their way
Moving on their way
Moving on their way
