Give Me a Couple

Just give me a couple of days and I'll be back to share our trip with you.

Dearest Dear Ones!! How I've missed you! Just want you to know how much I appreciate all of your comments and I really do read them all. Thank you for commenting on my preposts!!

I'm a bit jet lagged and guess what? All of my Christmas decorations are still up!! Yes ma'am! Lord have mercy!! I've got so much to do. Well, it will eventually get done.

Here's a nice view of what we saw almost every day looking down from our little balcony while on The Queen Mary 2.

Stay cool and be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia ;)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

I'm Only Sleeping
When I wake up early in the morning, Lift my head, I'm still yawning When I'm in the middle of a dream Stay in bed, float up stream Please don't wake me, no don't shake me Leave me where I am I'm only sleeping Everybody seems to think I'm lazy I don't mind, I think they're crazy Running everywhere at such a speed Till they find, there's no need Please don't spoil my day I'm miles away And after all I'm only sleeping Keeping an eye on the world going by my window Taking my time Lying there and staring at the ceiling Waiting for a sleepy feeling Please don't spoil my day I'm miles away And after all I'm only sleeping Keeping an eye on the world going by my window Taking my time When I wake up early in the morning, Lift my head, I'm still yawning When I'm in the middle of a dream Stay in bed, float up stream Please don't wake me, no don't shake me Leave me where I am I'm only sleeping

  6. Hi Sheila, thank you so much for your sweet comment about my uncle. He was a very special man.

I can't wait to hear all about your trip. I know you had the most marvelous time. Congrats on your hubby's retirement.

Love the rooster tablescape. You have a wonderful talent( among many others) for setting a lovely table. I love to see what you share with us. I might have seen this before, but I don't remember. Age is naughty to me sometimes. But mostly NOT!!! Big smile.

    Love you, Jeanne

  23. Shelia, glad you are back, but - ugh - to have to face Christmas decorations! Make some Christmas cookies, have a cup of hot tea, and then un-decorate! Linda
