Christmas Playing in the Breakfast Room

I wanted to share a little more of my Christmas decorating with you, not that I have that much! Well, I love to play in my breakfast room and that is where I've decked my little hutch with Christmas cheer!

I really love these black pieces. Don't know what they are, but love how they look on top of my hutch. I just tied some golden ribbons on to make them look festive.
Do you see this little couple? Well, of course you do! :) This is Mr. Precious and me but do you see who is wearing the wings? MOI! ;) But we're both having a bad hair day! Yikes!
We picked up this little Santie garland in a Christmas store last year in France. I thought the little Santies looked so cute climbing up the rope.

Hang on Santie! You can do it! Wasn't that what Christopher Lowell used to say? Do you remember him!
Now you can see my copycatted backboard - saw it - copied it and put up scrapbooking paper on it! I have some of my Old Britain Castle dishes in here.

The tea pot doesn't belong to this set of dishes, but it's just a perfect match as far as the color goes! Love my tea pots! Can you love tea pots! Of course you can! Or is this a coffee server? :)
Just the sweetest little sugar and creamer with an old vintage ornament.
This is a two tiered dish I bought many many years ago by Mikasa! The edges are so frilly and are tinted pink. I filled it with some Christmasy picks I found at the Dollar Tree!
There is also another little footed dish from the same collection. These old ornaments get around don't they?
Oh, how thrilled I was just a few weeks back to find this precious little ornament. Isn't this the cutest little thing you've ever seen? Mother and her little sweetnesses trimming the tree!

Here is a Lenox Christmas tree divided dish. I think it's too pretty to lie flat so I stood him up with a plate stand. Beautiful Christmas cardinal looking so lovely!
Well, Dear Ones, there you have it. A little bit of Christmas on my favorite play toy, my little breakfast hutch. Hope you liked it!

Be a bunch of sweeties,
Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song~

I'll Be Home For Christmas

I'm dreamin' tonight of a place I love
Even more then I usually do
And although I know it's a long road back
I promise you

I'll be home for Christmas
You can count on me
Please have snow and mistletoe
And presents under the tree
Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams
If only in my dreams
~ sung by everyone :)

  5. Oh course I remember Christopher Lowell! I loved those programs, and I can see many Lowellisms in your home. He did have a nice touch, didn't he? I always feel so sad when I see someone shine so brightly and then just as quickly fade away. Some of his merchandise can still be found at office supply stores in my area.
